Join us for a day dedicated to your well-being, connection, and community support! Held at our Beloit-Janesville Campus, this event brings together local organizations and professionals in behavioral health, wellness, and human services to provide valuable resources, education, and interactive experiences for individuals and families. Participants will have the chance to connect with 30+ community agencies, explore internship and career opportunities, and gain insight into the many supports available in our area. Whether you’re looking for education, resources, professional connections, or ways to improve your own wellness, there is something here for everyone.

Children can jump for joy and stay active in our safe, supervised inflatable bounce houses available during the event.

Local Food Trucks

Enjoy tasty treats from Stormy's Grilled Cheese, Venemos Fiery Tacos, and Kona Ice, bringing a variety of local flavors to our event site.

Youth Mental Wellness

Kids can explore coping skills through creative sessions where they'll make mindfulness jars, breathing bracelets, and worry dolls to manage stress.

Gentle Yoga (Ages 16+)

Join us for a Gentle Yoga session led by Vanessa Ennocenti of Sacred Peace Wellness. This calming class is designed for all experience levels and focuses on slow, mindful movement, gentle stretching, and relaxation. Participants will leave feeling more balanced, refreshed, and connected to both body and mind. Please note that a limited number of mats will be available, so participants are encouraged to bring their own if they have one.

Narcan Training (Ages 16+)

Join us for a Narcan Training session led by Erin Howell from CTC Programs. This important, life-saving training will teach participants how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and respond quickly and effectively using Narcan. Attendees will gain practical, hands-on knowledge and leave feeling empowered to take action in an emergency and help save lives in their community. Participants will leave with Narcan to keep and a certificate of training.

Coping Skills for Anxiety & Stress
(Ages 16+)

Join us for a Coping Skills for Anxiety and Stress session led by licensed professional counselor Alicia Oczus of Blackbird Psychotherapy LLC. This supportive and practical session will introduce effective strategies to help manage overwhelming thoughts, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. Participants will leave with simple, real-life tools they can use right away to feel more grounded, calm, and in control.

Guided Meditation (Ages 16+)

Join us for a Guided Meditation Session (held outdoors, weather permitting) led by Jen Carew, Founder and Spiritual Director of Ancient Hearts Collective. This calming experience invites participants to slow down, connect with the present moment, and enjoy the grounding benefits of nature. Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore mindfulness practices that promote relaxation, clarity, and inner balance—leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or chair to sit on.

Walking for Wellness (Ages 16+)

Join us for our Walking for Wellness session and discover how something as simple as walking can create powerful, lasting changes in your health. Led by Michelle Weirich, a college instructor who has personally transformed her well-being through walking, this session will highlight the physical and mental benefits of staying active in a realistic, approachable way. Michelle will share her journey, practical tips, and encouragement to help you incorporate walking into your daily routine—no matter your starting point.

Sound Bath (Ages 16+)

Join us for a Sound Bath Session led by Gabi from Just Bee Wellness. This immersive and calming experience uses soothing sounds and vibrations to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind and body. Participants are invited to simply rest, listen, and allow the healing tones to create a sense of peace and renewal.

Worry Dolls for Children

Join us for a creative and comforting Worry Dolls for Children session, led by students in our Human Services program. In this hands-on activity, children will make their own worry dolls while learning a simple, meaningful way to express and release their worries. This gentle practice encourages emotional awareness and provides kids with a comforting tool to help ease anxiety and support a sense of calm.

Free Breakout Sessions

Important to Note: All sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free tickets for each session will be distributed at the welcome table beginning at 10:30 AM. Please note that attendance is limited and varies by session. Participants will be required to sign waivers for some sessions.

Mindfulness Jars for Children

Join us for a fun and engaging Mindfulness Jars for Children session, led by two of our own Human Services students. This hands-on activity introduces children to simple mindfulness techniques in a creative, age-appropriate way, helping them learn how to calm their minds and manage big emotions. Participants will create their own mindfulness jars while exploring tools that support relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being.

Parent Q&A on Autism Treatment in Our District 

Join us for a Parent Q&A on Autism Treatment in Our District, led by licensed BCBAs Natalie Johnston and Taylor Amato. This informative and supportive session provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to ask questions, gain clarity on available services, and better understand autism treatment approaches within the district. Natalie and Taylor will share their expertise, offer practical guidance, and help families feel more confident navigating resources and supports for their children.

Mindful Eating (Ages 16+)

Join us for a Mindful Eating session led by Culinary Arts instructor Chef Hakim Salaam. This interactive experience will explore how to build a healthier relationship with food by slowing down, tuning into your senses, and becoming more aware of hunger and fullness cues. Chef Salaam will share practical strategies you can use in everyday life, along with insights from his culinary expertise to help make mindful eating both enjoyable and sustainable.

Breathing Bracelets for Children

Join us for a fun and meaningful Breathing Bracelets for Children session, led by students in our Human Services program. This hands-on activity teaches children simple breathing techniques to help calm their bodies and manage big emotions. As they create their own bracelets, children will learn an easy, wearable tool they can use anytime to support relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being.

Supporting Yourself While Supporting a Loved One Through Addiction (Ages 16+)

Join us for Supporting Yourself While Supporting a Loved One Through Addiction, led by counselors Tori Heath and Alicia Fishlock from Green County Human Services. This compassionate session will focus on the unique challenges faced by those supporting someone with substance use concerns, while emphasizing the importance of caring for your own well-being. Participants will gain practical tools, healthy boundary-setting strategies, and resources to help navigate this journey with strength, balance, and support.

Caring for a Loved One with Dementia (Ages 16+)

Join us for Caring for a Loved One with Dementia, led by licensed psychologist Georgien Dudzek, PsyD. This informative and compassionate session will explore the challenges of supporting someone living with dementia while also prioritizing your own well-being. Participants will gain practical strategies, communication tips, and resources to help navigate caregiving with confidence, patience, and care.
